Excellent fusion Spanish/Asian/Mexican cuisine. Well-balanced flavors and textures. Friendly, welcoming service in a beautifully renovated former bodega. A must-visit!

Found this restaurant through google maps, close to our hotel. Other reviews convinced us to try it. Well worth it! The ambience, service and, most importantly, the food were all excellent. We strongly recommend you check it out.

Wow. We were recommended by the Tio Pepe Hotel. We were the first to arrive, but were warmly greeted and had a drink within a few minutes. We had no idea how nice the food would be. It was fabulous and modern. We enjoyed the wonderful wine selection, Vermut and Sherry. A great place beautifully styled with attentive, great waiters. And the best food in Andalusia.

Excellent food in a lovely setting. Can’t recommend highly enough. Probably our favourite meal in all of Spain.

What an absolute hidden gem. On a baking hot lunch time we found this place and as weary travellers came seeking cold beers and light food. Wow! So glad we did. Food was so good for lunch (all shared, hot dog but not like you think, loaded fries and a mama tart) we decided to take a walk back for dinner. OH MY GOD...this place comes alive at night, so much more lovely food, the place was heaving with people but the service was still top notch. A must if you are in jerez looking for a kitchen with soul!

We discovered Jindama thanks to a recommendation from our server Genesis at Jaleo, and we’re incredibly grateful she pointed us in this direction. Located in what used to be an old Jerez winery, Jindama has been beautifully transformed into a modern restaurant that still honors its roots. The combination of contemporary design elements with the character of the original architecture creates a truly unique and charming atmosphere. From start to finish, our dining experience was exceptional. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive — exactly what you’d hope for in a restaurant of this quality. We began with the ensaladilla and red tuna tartar, both of which were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. For our main dishes, we had the slow-cooked cochinillo and the berza hot dog — both outstanding. The cochinillo in particular was a standout, perfectly cooked with a delicate balance of crispy skin and tender meat. To finish, we were served a rice dish with duck breast, which may have been off-menu. Whatever the case, it was absolutely mind-blowing — rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. Interestingly, “Jindama” means “fear” or “cowardice” in Spanish slang, but this restaurant proves the exact opposite. Bold, creative, and confident, Jindama delivers a fearless and memorable culinary journey. It was the highlight of our stay in Jerez.

Small portions compare to others places I had visited but very taste food and great atmosphere. Very recommended.

Just crazy amazing food as you rarely try it! Everything was just perfect and the place itself is amazingly beautiful in a renovated old building that looks like a farm, with great decoration. Staff are also really nice and helpful
